Our Story
L & G Foundation was established on July 2, 2008, as a private foundation (Stichting Private) under Belgian law. Founded in Antwerp and later relocated to Knokke-Heist, the foundation was created with a clear vision: to preserve heritage, support community welfare, and contribute to the betterment of society.
Over the years, we have grown from a small foundation into a respected organization committed to transparency, good governance, and meaningful community impact. Our work spans heritage preservation, community development, and philanthropic activities throughout Belgium.

We maintain rigorous financial management practices. Our annual accounts are prepared in accordance with Belgian law and are available for review. We are committed to responsible stewardship of all resources entrusted to us.
Compliance
L & G Foundation fully complies with all applicable Belgian regulations, including the Law of June 27, 1921 concerning nonprofit organizations. We maintain proper registration with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises (KBO/BCE).
Ethical Standards
We adhere to the highest ethical standards in all our activities. Our foundation prohibits any material benefit to directors or founders except when aligned with our selfless charitable purpose.

Foundation Established
L & G Foundation was officially established on July 2, 2008, as a private foundation under Belgian law, with its registered office in Antwerp.
Relocation to Knokke-Heist
The foundation relocated its registered office to Prins Filiplaan 38, 8300 Knokke-Heist, strengthening our connection to the local community.
Statutes Updated
Our founding statutes were updated to reflect our evolving mission and to ensure continued compliance with current Belgian legislation.
